Real Estate Analyst or Associate, London
Salary level between c£40,000 - £60,000 + Comp.
We are working with a new business who are currently in the process of putting together a team and keen to attract to the business an Analyst or Associate who has experience of building models from scratch.
It is expected that you will have the capabilities of confidence in building development models relating to the residential space. A case study test will be rolled out to determine your level of skills.
The role will ideally suit someone who is driven and ambitious, and wants to grow with a business who a new business in London.
As the only Analyst / Associate you will be responsible for all modeling, and the go-to person for this area of the business, therefore as you grow with experience your role will develop on a wider scale.
If you are working within real estate, located in London, and have between 12 months and a couple years of experience and feeling a bit frustrated, or simply want to get out for other reasons please get in touch.
On offer will be a salary in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 plus bonus / benefits.
