Receptionist/Administrator needed for an industry leading defence organisation based in Surrey.
The successful candidate would desirably have strong Microsoft Office Skills - i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc and have a keen interest in defence. With administrative experience in an office environment and the ability to manage own workload across multiple demanding projects, with excellent planning and organisation skills evidenced through working in a thorough and methodical way.
Our client is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join the company to welcome all visitors to the building. You will be responsible for meeting and escorting contractors to the relevant area. Be involved in new starter inductions, observing security procedures are met, raising purchase orders to name a few of the responsibilities.
