An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join a leading main contractor, initially on a 3 month contract before moving to a permanent or fixed term contract shortly afterwards.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be splitting their time between the office in NW London (3 days) and home (2 days) and tasked with resourcing new candidates for contract and permanent roles across the project. Your role will be to manage the full hiring life cycle from initial conversations with prospective candidates through to agreeing offers with stakeholders and presenting offers to the successful candidates. You will then be tasked with ensuring candidates join the team and have a smooth on boarding process.
Recruitment Consultants considering this opportunity must come from a technical engineering, rail or construction background and have previous experience managing the full life cycle of the hiring process.
The successful candidate can expect a day rate of £250 to £300 per day for 3 months before moving to either a fixed term or permanent contract shortly afterwards.
