Trainer vacancy for Recruitment Consultant training
Gold Group is one of the UK's leading independent recruitment agencies. We have 45 employees and work across three key industries; Engineering, IT and Construction. Due to continued growth we would like to find an experienced recruiter who can train and develop our sales staff.
The Trainer will be an experienced agency recruiter ( 360 experience essential ) you will have had a successful past in recruitment placing candidates and managing clients. You will also have had experience training and developing consultants. With this experience you are welcome to apply for our exciting opportunity of Trainer.
The position will be focused on training consultants to make them achieve their potential, improving their resourcing, delivery and sales skills. You will be organised and a great communicator!
Reporting into the senior management team you will present your progress and discuss your training strategies regularly. Working closely with the management team you will be supported and given the opportunity to grow the role.
As a recruitment trainer you will need to be able to work with new starters, helping onboard them and train them up to be successful. Experienced consultants will need guidance and direction.
