Regional Sales Manager
Field Based
Regional Sales Manager required to join the Telesales team of a well-known telecoms firm in and around the Farnham area. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the Telesales team, driving sales across both the residential and SME business segments. You will have the ability to recruit, interview, coach, motivate and drive your team to success.
The successful Regional Sales Manager will have demonstrable experience in sales, analytics and team leadership, along with a full clean UK driving license as you will be required to travel to locations within the surrounding counties.
Some of the main duties of the Regional Sales Manager will include:
- Grow revenue by building and developing a UK based Telesales team that can deliver on the sales targets in this highly competitive telecom market.
- Prepare and oversee the execution of the monthly and quarterly sales plans for the region
- Work with the marketing teams on maintaining a continually updated calendar of campaigns and events that achieve or exceed the regional sales targets.
- Work with the sales operations team to ensure that they are focused on delivering an effective order journey and the other operational tools and metrics that the sales teams require to achieve their targets.
- Analyse sales data in order to determine strategy and maximise productivity.
What experience you need to be the successful Regional Sales Manager:
- Previous internet/ telecoms and sales experience
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work under own initiative
- General IT knowledge - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation skills (both formally and informally)
- Full driving licence
