Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) Manager, New Forest district of Hampshire

Base Salary circa £75,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Health Care, and Bonus

Our client is a nationwide consultancy & property business, with a superb track record and history behind them.

Due to natural growth, they can now recruit someone into the role of RCA Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone to take a leading role in managing and guiding a small team of surveyors and data gatherers and leading by example on the valuation of properties to determine the cost of rebuilding them for insurance purposes, ensuring adequate coverage and avoiding underinsurance by calculating expenses for demolition, debris removal, materials, labour, and professional fees.

The role will involve conducting detailed assessments for residential properties managing large-loss claims and identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring valuations meet standards, and advising property owners, managers, or tenants on appropriate insurance levels. Preparing accurate scopes of work and reports detailing rebuild costs.

Suitable candidates will have a wealth of relevant RCA experience under their belts, will need to hold RICS accreditation, and be an excellent communicator.

Salary and package is negotiable and something to be discussed in more detail, location ideally in or around the New Forest area of Hampshire, however the work will be a mixture of both home working and office to suit individual's needs.
