Sales Executive
£16,000 - £24,000
If you have determination and resilience and know what hard work looks like, this Sales role could be for you. Working with a growing technology company that want to further capitalise on their record-breaking profits from 2020 and bring in new sales people. This role will require someone to be confident and well spoken with the tenacity to bring in new business.
Main Duties will include:
- New business sales, providing bespoke IT/Telephony solutions for prospective customers.
- Generate new sales leads using different methods.
- Calling and meeting clients face to face
- Negotiate terms of any new agreements.
- Identify any potential new revenue streams, and business opportunities.
- Exceed monthly sales targets.
- Forecast sales, and accurately report progress.
- Meet or exceed KPIs set out, and continually review sales performance.
Conditions of Service
- Competitive basic salary depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme offering OTE of £60 - 70k+.
- Use of company vehicles as required.
- Company laptop and mobile phone.
The successful candidate should ideally have:
- 2 years sales experience.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, with the desire to go above and beyond to achieve targets and company goals.
- Reliability and discretion, you will often learn of confidential matters.
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- IT skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good initiative
- Attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving license.
