Sales Manager - Senior

Sales Manager needed in a Senior capacity, for a Software Development organisation with sites across the UK. This is a remote role which will require some travel to London and Gloucester. The senior Sales Manager will exercise their technical sales skills within Data Intellegence, and utilise their experience of software engineering, DevSecOps, Cloud and systems integration in an agile environment.

The successful senior Sales Manager needs to have experience in selling Data Analytics/Data Intelligence Software/Services and have a proven ability to lead teams of senior professionals that span both business and functional boundaries.

**This role requires applicants to hold a UK passport and have active SC clearance to start**

Some of the main duties of the senior Sales Manager will include:

• Creating a pipeline of opportunities for the companies' services in Software Engineering, Data Intelligence and innovation.
• Building relationships both internally and externally
• Develop, deliver and drive the strategy and implementation roadmap through an Integrated Team
• Focusing on fulfilling customer requirements at all times

What experience you need to be the successful Senior Sales Manager:

• Demonstrates competencies of the Business Winning Competency Framework at Level 3 across most competencies.
• Experience of shaping strategy winning business with customers and industrial partners, with experience of shaping data and digital solutions for Security or Government customers.
• A strong understanding of the Law Enforcement and Counter-Terrorism domains.
• Experience of highly complex UK Government procurements
• Holds relevant security clearances
