Sales Support Executive

Sales Support Executive needed for a world leading designer and manufacturer of respiratory protection equipment. The Sales Support Executive will be providing support to customers and processing sales orders and enquiries, being able to provide knowledge and guidance on the product range, liaising with all departments throughout the companies you are dealing with. A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Executive looking for a clear cut career with a market leader.
Benefits:
- A salary between £37,000p/a and £42,000p/a dependent on experience within the industry

What the role entails:
Reporting to the Group Sales Office Manager, as the Sales Support Executive, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday responsible for:
- Account management of customers, retaining and building strong relationships and taking full ownership for growth of new accounts
- Review incoming orders to ensure correct product specification is being supplied
- Convert enquiries into sales orders and generate new business
- Processing customer enquiries or complaints by liaising with internal departments
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of company products
- Managing overdue orders/ Follow up on outstanding quotes and pro-forma invoices in order to close
- Preparing and collating tender submissions
- Maintaining the CRM system with all relevant and up-to-date information
- Raising quotations to submit to customers
- Communicating with the production team manager
- Playing an active role at sales meetings
- Feedback key areas of improvement in the sales process
