The Client
Is an exciting venture capital backed company which has developed and entirely new class of IVD, a molecular test which does not require additional instruments. It is easy to use in any setting and will provide wide spread decentralised testing by way of a nasal swab and provide rapid results for the detection of COVID19.
The Role
A highly motivated scientist will have the opportunity to be involved from the start in this exciting new project and with a dynamic start up and will perform a crucial role in the growth and characterisation of microbial pathogens as part of the research and development of the company's product.
The Candidate
Is expected to have a relevant scientific degree as well as Microbiology lab experience. Any experience working with HG2 and HG3 pathogenic organisms would be an advantage. A post grad degree would also be advantageous. More importantly to an extent, the successful candidate needs to be a flexible team player who has drive an enthusiasm to achieve objectives and exceed expectations in a dynamic start up environment.
