Senior Application Support Analyst needed for a leading financial organisation based in Horsham, West Sussex who are looking to employ an experienced Application Support Analyst to monitor the health & stability of all applications with good knowledge of SQL, report writing, bug management, ticket assignment, MS Office, excel, ITIL

Some of the main duties of the Senior Application Support Analyst will include:
* Monitoring the health and stability of all applications
* Report writing / BI
* Bug management
* Database analysis and data fixes
* Ownership of incidents through to resolution
* Assisting the Application Support Manager with day to day operation of the team
* Ticket assignment
* Promotes and adheres to ITIL Incident and Problem Management
* Adherence to change control policy & processes
What you need to be the successful Senior Application Support Analyst:
* Good level of T-SQL and is able to manipulate data to produce efficient and accurate reports, or correct data issues
* Experience of monitoring applications and Azure cloud-based infrastructure
* An in-depth knowledge of MS Office, particularly on Excel
* Able to communicate effectively with different areas of the business and different levels
