Senior Asset Manager, London
£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Package
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Asset Manager to join an established investment firm based in Central London.
Working within a small close team you will focus on the asset management of properties in the UK across a mix of asset classes including PBSA and coliving spaces.
As an experienced Asset Manager responsibilities will include that of playing an active role in increasing the overall value and revenue enhancement through leasing of vacant space, renegotiation of leases, oversight or leading project management of refurbs and the oversight of external property management. You will also lead on the sale when required.
What we are looking for are people with experience within asset management, ideally chartered (RICS), have strong written and verbal skills and IT literate and confident with Excel and Powerpoint.
