Senior Business Development Manager or Senior BDM needed for an innovative technology organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Senior Business Development Manager that takes pride in their work with experience within B2B sales experience in either SaaS, mobility, or data industries. Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
  • Commission £30,000 OTE - Uncapped
  • Equity: Share Options after 6 months of employment

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Senior Business Development Manager will include:

  • Qualifying and developing inbound leads.
  • Managing and optimising active leads.
  • Participating in outbound lead generation campaigns with direct prospect outreach.
  • Managing a variety of business opportunities, from short term plug and play solutions to more complex tailored proposals.
  • Meeting and presenting to key customer stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Attending and participating in demonstrations and pitches.
  • Responding to RFPs and tenders.
  • Reporting on pipeline, forecasts and weekly activity to line manager and wider team.
  • Working with Marketing and Product to provide insight from the field that helps us realise greater value for our customers through our solutions.
  • Supporting initiatives that improve our value propositions and marketing effectiveness.

What experience you need to be the successful Senior Business Development Manager:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Experience in either SaaS, mobility, or data industries.
  • Experience of building and securing complex multi-layered deals would be an advantage and would help the successful candidate hit the ground running.
  • Ability to work as a team
  • The ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions.
