Senior Development Manager, London

London based property investment firm with a European portfolio is currently looking to engage and meet with Development Managers to discuss an up and coming role that they have.
The position will best suit someone who has experience of working within development on industrials and logistics in the UK and ideally across Europe. Applications of those with European language skills will be of preference, along with holding a relevant property related degree and perhaps accreditation to RICS.
The role will be London based working within a fantastic team of like minded real estate professionals including those sitting in acquisitions, asset management, and finance roles, and will require travel to European sites to oversee and provide professional advice and suggestions to those on the ground.
We are keens to chat to those with a broad range of development related experience covering demolition, new build, occupier fit-outs, refurbishments and extensions. You will have prior experience of leading, monitoring and delivering on projects.
