Senior Investment Analyst/Associate, London
London based Real Estate investment team are experiencing a period of growth and keen to appoint immediately a Senior or Associate level Real Estate Analyst.
Experience required:
* Good understanding and experience of modeling Commercial Real Estate (offices)
* Understanding and able to model debt
* circa 3 / 4 years' experience
* Ability to put together presentations
* Excellent underwriting skills
* Good educational track record
