A great opportunity for a talented Planning Manager to join a leading name in the construction industry on a recently won project based in East London.
The Planning Manager will be site based and responsible for overseeing the planning function on a £1bn mixed use scheme comprising of residential, retail and leisure faciltiies. The Planning Manager will play a key role in the projects successful delivery by working closely with the Project Director and ensuring the programme is communicated effectively to the site team.
The successful candidate will have expertise in construction planning and be able to demonstrate a track record in managing the site based planning activities on major projects for tier one main contractors. In addition they require to have a solid understanding of the construction process and techniques, first class communication skills and be an advanced user of Asta Powerpoject.
Candidate
- Qualification in construction - Degree/HND/HNC
- Demonstrate previous experience delivering complex construction projects.
- Strong site based planning experience gained with a tier one main contractor.
- Sound understanding of construction techniques.
- Advanced user of Asta Powerproject.
- Experience delivering projects over £100m is desirable.
