Senior Project manager within Telecoms / Highways required for my successful highways client to deliver a prestigious highways telecoms production and installation project. You must have a strong background and experience within the highways / telecoms industry and held a senior management position with an established highways or telecoms company.

Some of the main responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager - Telecoms / Highways include:
- Overseeing complete works management and planning through management of the workforce, sub-contractors and client relationships (on site and at production / manufacturing level)
- Develop and implementation of the site business plan
- Manage the delivery of projects
- Budgeting and programming, supporting the bidding team with tenders
- Manage and deliver variations of contract
- Key Client relationship building
- Client, supplier and sub contractor negotiations
- Manage contract finances & control costs of contract ensuring they are to budget.
- Prepare & update Contract Review documents
- Produce Profit and Loss (P&L) packs and manage
- Supply chain and procurement management
- Ordering of plant, labour and materials
Senior Project Manager - Telecoms / Highways key skills and experience:
In order to be the successful Senior Project Manager - Telecoms / Highways and have a chance to work for this exciting client you'll need the following:
- Extensive Project Management experience
- Degree / HNC / HND - Design Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics, Construction Management or equivalent
- Excellent skills of written and oral communication
- Experience / Knowledge of manufacturing, electronics engineering / electro mechanical processes
- Highways / Highways Electrical / Street Furniture / Telecommunications background (ideally both at manufacturing / production and Installation)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong negotiating skills
- Commercial awareness
