Senior Property Business Analyst - London
Negotiable Salary dependent on experience
We are looking to speak with real estate professionals in London who have a strong academic track record and have exposure of working within property finance. The current mandate is to hire someone with strong technical skills, excellent written and oral skills and has business process skills relating to real estate.
Experience and involvement within areas such as residential, student accommodation and industrial would be preferred.
Technical know-how and appreciation for software packages such as MRI, RealPage and Yardi is essential.
Additional language skills will be beneficial such as German, French or Spanish.
This is a great role for someone who thrives within a more consulting environment and enjoys project managing.
