Senior Quantity Surveyor
East London
£420-450 per day (Inside IR35)
A 6 month contract opportunity has arisen with a leading residential developer on a large project in East London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining the site based team and supporting the Commercial Manager & Managing Surveyor with the delivery of the project. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, some of your key duties will include:
- Agreement of final accounts with subcontractors
- Working closely with the client to gain approvals for variations
- Cost reporting
This is contract opportunity, inside of IR35 and with a rate of £420 to £450 per day. Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this position will need to have previous experience working on a large project, ideally within the residential sector and for a leading main contractor or large residential developer.
