Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex
Rate: £500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 4 month contract opportunity in Uxbridge, Middlesex. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based on site and required to assess compensation events and a backlog of quotations for large subcontractors on a key part of a major project. Your work will help assist the team in avoiding potential disputes over valuation of change by subcontractors.

Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have experience in the following areas:

• NEC Contracts
• Major civil/infrastructure experience (not residential, building or commercial)
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience
• Major sub-contractor management experience, ideally multiple subcontractors on site and high value packages of work
• 3 Years experience working as a Senior QS

This is a contract opportunity expected to last for 4 months with the potential for an extension. The rate on offer is £500 per day and outside of IR35. Get in touch with Matt Clegg at Gold Group for details.
