We are collaborating with a client who is designing and constructing a major Infrastructure project in Birmingham. It's a thrilling period to join us as we are at the peak of construction, focusing on a wide range of structures.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team, based on site in Birmingham, West Midlands.
Role
A Senior Quantity Surveyor will be managing all costs from the initial calculations to the final figures, minimising the costs of the project and enhancing value for money.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with NEC contracts.
- Background in working on large infrastructure projects.
- Experience in civil engineering projects.
- Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB.
