An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen with a leading residential developer based Berkshire. You'll be joining their busy and growing team that delivers large, multi unit developments across the home counties. The role promises the stability of a long term career with a cash rich and established business, a competitive salary & package and no limits on career progression.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Regional Commercial Lead and taking responsibility for the commercial management of the developments from start to finish. Your involvement will begin with land bids and feasibility studies through to project delivery and close. You'll also be tasked with acting as a mentor to junior members of the team, supporting them with their own commercial duties and offering support and guidance where possible.
Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have previous experience working on residential projects, ideally for a UK based developer. You'll also need to excellent communication skills, a commercially minded outlook and happy to travel between projects across the region.
