We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team working on the prestigious Infrastructure project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the contractual aspects of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of this landmark infrastructure development.

The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Change)?
- Assigned with the responsibility of initiating and spearheading tasks and processes, assuming ownership and accountability, as appropriate, for the work and responsibilities of others, while exercising broad autonomy and judgment within defined parameters in their governance domain.
- Collaborates with a Project Manager or Commercial Manager regarding pertinent commercial aspects of a project section.
- Ensures safeguarding of our commercial interests through a comprehensive understanding and experience of contractual, commercial, insurance, and legal processes.
- Assumes partial responsibility for effective client relationship management to facilitate the smooth commercial progression of the contract(s).
- Is expected to oversee and provide mentorship and support to other members of the commercial team.
- Maintains and exhibits a high level of both commercial and technical expertise, collaborating closely with the delivery team to devise strategies and solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Prepares subcontract invitations for tender, evaluates tender responses, and provides recommendations for subcontract appointments, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
What are we looking for in our next Senior Quantity Surveyor (Change)?
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
- Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB
- Change management experience
