Senior Real Estate Analyst, Amsterdam

We are currently working with a real estate team in Amsterdam who are experiencing a period of growth, and looking to introduce to the team an experienced Senior level Real Estate Analyst who will perform in-depth asset and portfolio analysis (leasing, Capex, NOI, etc.) and prepare high-quality reporting on past, current and projected performance and to assist with the annual budgeting process and analyse results.

The role will best suit someone with a private equity, investment banking, asset management background and must have a track record and level of competence and knowledge relating to the European Real Estate sector.

You will have an excellent academic track record within a relevant field and have achieved high grades throughout.

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills is also required.

The role will involve daily portfolio management and monitoring within mandate and guidelines as a result of inflow and outflow, changes in liabilities, market movements, valuations and (benchmark) changes. The resulting management of liquidity, risk hedging through derivatives and associated collateral, participate in complex transitions & transactions, on boarding new clients and portfolios, continuous improvement of processes, development of (new) services and design of (new) investment propositions and structures.
