Insurance Risk Surveyor and Senior Surveyor
Job Purpose
To ensure the delivery of agreed number of surveys from new and existing customers on an individual basis predominantly Insurance Risk Surveys (and Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Fire and Health & Safety Risk Assessments if skillset allows).
Provide support to the Senior Insurance Risk Surveyor Property & Insurance, in all aspects of insurance risk surveying by providing technical support for all above survey types.
Responsibilities
- To complete Insurance Risk surveys and return surveys in line with service levels.
- To validate a nominated percentage of Insurance Risk Surveys company requirements.
- To provide technical survey expertise and response to client queries as and when necessary
- Undertake any other responsibilities that may become necessary for the proper performance of the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong technical surveying skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills (including written and verbal) with both internal and external customers
- Good administrative and time management skills
- An in-depth understanding of the Insurance and Property risk Business
- Undertake any other tasks reasonably required by Line Manager
- Understanding and affinity for relationship building
