Senior Technical Project Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Automation and Robotics business in a fast-paced product design/engineering office based in Bromley, London.
The Senior TPM will join a Global team (reporting into UK based management team) and will have the opportunity to work alongside the product design engineers and cross functional teams helping to deliver multiple NPI projects on budget to challenging timelines
Expected start date: 01/09/2021

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Profile
* The successful candidate will be keen to learn, take on new information and apply this independently. They will need to show good listening skills and willing to build on achieving collaborative working relationships. They will be able to understand complex technical challenges and successfully rely information to non-technical team members.
* They should have an agile mindset using Scrum framework or other agile product delivery frameworks
* Project management training and certification taken to develop skills
* Has experience with working with Chinese contract manufacturers/suppliers
* Has worked/travelled in China to deliver products to mass production
Skills - must have
* Preferably Engineering background and migration to project management within consumer electronics/medical sectors.
* Has proven experience taking products from concept to mass production
* Exposure to EVT/DVT/PVT product development process
* Hands on approach
* Presentation/Communication skills
* MS Office, MS Project
* Time management
* Fluent in English
* Excellent English writing skills
Skills - bonus
- Solid works knowledge a plus
- JIRA/Scrum training experience a plus
- Speaking Mandarin, a big bonus
