Responsibilities:
As a Site Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the seamless, safe, and efficient execution of our projects.
Safety: Ensuring all work is conducted safely, mitigating risks for on-site workers, subcontractors, visitors, and the public
Supervision: Overseeing on-site operations, managing resources, conducting meetings, and coordinating project schedules.
Problem Solving: Identifying and proactively resolving challenges that may arise during the project.
Quality Assurance: Upholding stringent quality standards through regular site inspections, maintaining clean and organised work areas, and ensuring equipment and machinery are in optimal condition.
Communication: Facilitating effective communication between subcontractors and clients while keeping the management team informed throughout the project.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Manager, specifically in the highways sector showcasing successful project deliveries.
Knowledge: Understanding of Drainage, Road Construction and Earthworks.
Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Certifications: CSCS Supervisor card and SSSTS/SMSTS.
Safety Conscious: A firm commitment to safety protocols and a passion for cultivating a secure work environment.
Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is a requisite for this role.
