Sub Agent

Sub Agent's needed for a Technology and Lighting consultancy organisation based in Wokingham/Sheffield who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Sub Agent's that takes pride in their work. You will have an in-depth knowledge working within the Highways and ideally have previous experience working on the Smart Motorways.

The successful candidate will need to hold an SMSTS qualification, CSCS card, health and safety certs (Safety Critical Medical), and have a keen interest in becoming a Sub Agent. If you have commercial experience in technology, ducting/chambers that would be a plus!

As the Sub Agent you will be responsible for checking quality control of the works on site as well as providing regular updates to the project management team, managing the works in conjunction with the commercial team, conducting regular H&S audits, management of the site team and subcontractors.

Some of the main duties of the Sub Agent's will include:

• Managing contractors on site
• Working on the Smart Motorways, upgrading, will be a split however between on site and office
• Supervising all work, start to finish making sure all is complete to the correct standards
• Dealing with all health and safety on site

What experience you need to be one of the successful Sub Agent's:

• Highways back ground
• CSCS card holder
• SMSTS qualification
• Experience managing site and contractors
• Full UK Driving license
