Brief
Systems Engineer - Verification needed for a leading multinational defence & engineering organisation based in the Staffordshire area who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Systems Engineer - Verification that takes pride in their work.
The successful Systems Engineer - Verification would desirably be educated to degree level, or equivalent professional/vocational qualification. Experience wise, we desire a candidate that has dealt with the whole systems lifecycle who has a specialist knowledge of Verification & Validation activities of systems requirements. If you have experience within the UK defence and nuclear sectors that would be highly advantageous!
The successful applicant must be eligible to undergo and obtain UK SC Security Clearance.

What experience you need to be the successful Systems Engineer - Verification:
- Degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Broad knowledge of digital electronics and other areas of engineering (e.g. systems, analogue, power electronics, mechanical, motor, EMC etc)
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- An understanding of processes and techniques applicable to high integrity design
- A proven track record of systems engineering techniques
- Good knowledge of best practice design lifecycle process; gated design phases and design reviews
- Roles are subject to security clearance without restrictions
