Are you passionate about putting customers first? Our client is seeking a Telesales Manager for a leading Telesales team based in the heart of Exeter. This role is perfect for someone from a telesales or customer service background, ideally from within a call centre environment.
Telesales Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee internal sales teams and achieve growth targets.
- Monitor sales team performance by setting and reviewing weekly and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and execute tactical initiatives.
- Coach and develop teams for professional growth and success.
- Ensure sales orders comply with internal processes for smooth installation.
- Work with Marketing to optimize sales delivery.
- Develop a recruiting plan for salespeople to align with business needs.
- Manage the commission and bonus plan for all teams.
You Should Apply If You:
- Have a proven track record as a Sales/Customer Manager, preferably in telecoms, utilities, or energy sectors (other areas considered).
- Can motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Are hands-on and detail-oriented to maximize outputs.
- Are highly digitally literate and experienced with modern digital sales and customer tools.
- Are analytically minded and comfortable working with data to build plans.
- Can lead multiple teams across various geographies.
- Are proficient in electronic office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have CRM knowledge.
- Have a strong understanding of sales processes and methodology.
