Are you an experienced tender management professional ready to take ownership of the full bid process across EMEA? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international organisation and play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts.

As Tender Management Coordinator, you will structure and oversee the tendering process for the EMEA region - from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. Working closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that all tender submissions are compelling, compliant, and strategically aligned.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying tender opportunities in cooperation with regional sales teams.

  • Developing winning strategies, including pricing, technical specifications, and financial terms.

  • Coordinating and writing compliant, high-quality tender proposals.

  • Building and maintaining a multi-lingual database of tender documents, certifications, and supporting content.

  • Reporting on tender performance, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Supporting negotiations and ensuring smooth project handovers.

  • Acting as a key contributor to EMEA commercial strategies and competitor analysis.

What you bring

  • A degree in Business Administration (or similar), or relevant vocational training.

  • 3-5 years' experience in tendering, bid management, or related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of the entire tender process - from opportunity identification to submission.

  • Experience managing internal approvals and compliance procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus; French or other languages a bonus).

  • Background in hardware technology markets or public sector tenders (preferred).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and an international outlook.
