Tender Management Coordinator - EMEA
📍 Remote (Germany-wide) or at European HQ in Bad Homburg, Germany
Are you an experienced tender management professional ready to take ownership of the full bid process across EMEA? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international organisation and play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts.
As Tender Management Coordinator, you will structure and oversee the tendering process for the EMEA region - from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. Working closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that all tender submissions are compelling, compliant, and strategically aligned.
What you'll be doing
Identifying tender opportunities in cooperation with regional sales teams.
Developing winning strategies, including pricing, technical specifications, and financial terms.
Coordinating and writing compliant, high-quality tender proposals.
Building and maintaining a multi-lingual database of tender documents, certifications, and supporting content.
Reporting on tender performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Supporting negotiations and ensuring smooth project handovers.
Acting as a key contributor to EMEA commercial strategies and competitor analysis.
What you bring
A degree in Business Administration (or similar), or relevant vocational training.
3-5 years' experience in tendering, bid management, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of the entire tender process - from opportunity identification to submission.
Experience managing internal approvals and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus; French or other languages a bonus).
Background in hardware technology markets or public sector tenders (preferred).
Strong stakeholder management skills and an international outlook.
