Test Lead needed for a financial organisation based in Brighton who are looking to employ an experienced Test lead with an in-depth knowledge of line management, automation, Agile, ISTQB, Jira, test execution and planning.

The successful Test lead will want to work for this client not just because it's a great opportunity but also because they will give you a wealth of benefits including:

Some of the main duties of the Test lead will include:

* Line management for a team of manual and automation testers
* Be a testing authority across the company
* Working with Scrum Masters to ensure team members are completing tasks in the appropriate time and to the necessary quality
* Understanding the business needs and processes which relate to any projects undertaken by the team

In order to be the successful Test lead and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* Line management experience - 1 year
* Experience as an automation tester - 1 year
* Working within an Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
* Defining testing standards and strategies, ensuring those are followed
* Test execution and planning
* API testing
* ISTQB
* Jira or similar
* Selenium or similar
