Trainee Electrical Engineer
Leeds - (Field Based, must be able to drive)

I currently have a fantastic opportunity for several Trainee Electrical Engineers to join my successful highways client. I'm looking for enthusiatic and keen learners, with a basic electrical background or knowledge but college leavers and graduates will also be considered. This is great opportunity to begin or progress your career within the electrical industry.
As this is a highways based position, you will be working outside, at height, alongside the road in all weathers! You must be happy to do this!
DUTIES:
You will be installing highways electrical equipment across Yorkshire. This is field based position and requires travel to various site locations.
Your role will be to install, refurbish and repair Highways Electrical Equipment, including traffic signals / traffic lights, traffic signs, VMS (Variable Message Signs) etc. You will be working as part of a team ensuring completed installations are of a high quality.
Full training on specific equipment will be provided!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge / expereince
- Keen to learn and progress an electrical career
- MUST be happy working outdoors in all weathers
- Must be happy to work at height
CERTIFICATION
- Electrical qualifications / certificates (preferred)
- Health and safety awareness
- Full driving licence
