Analyst or Associate, Private Equity

London, £60,000 - £90,000 + Bonus Package

Leading Private Equity team are looking to recruit an Analyst or Associate level M&A who will focus on UK and European mid-market private equity opportunities.

Exposure to M&A across a mix of areas such as tech, telco, real estate, manufacturing will be expected.

As part of the team you will see significant deal flow and will be exposed to every stage of the deal cycle, from sourcing to exit. This is an opportunity to take early responsibility, working alongside seasoned professionals in a dynamic team.

You will carry out fundamental company and industry research, liaising with management teams, in-house resources and external experts. You will deliver sound financial analysis and have an active hand in structuring deals and running diligence work streams whilst taking on greater origination responsibilities in your respective European area of focus and assisting directors in all aspects of the deal cycle.

To be successful in this position, you will have trained in a Private Equity, M&A or Leveraged Finance team of a leading bank or top-tier consulting firm. You will have an excellent academic background and be highly motivated to learn about a diverse range of industries as well as equity solutions. European Language skills are also preferred, as well as excellent written and verbal English.

The ideal candidate profile will have between 1 and 3 years' experience.
