Have you worked as an Asset Manager within the industrial and logistics real estate space?

Our Private Equity client located in Central London are looking to bring in to their team additional Asset Management support at the Associate Director level.
Working closely with the end client as well as the internal fund management team it is expected that you will be a strong communicator and enjoy building relations and working as part of a team. The role of Asset Manager will also require someone to be relatively comfortable with numbers and be able to read and understand financial models etc.
With a global portfolio, which is growing, capital regularly being deployed this could be a great place for an Industrial focused Asset Manager to utilise their skills and knowledge.
