Hi Ian,

 "Ian rang me while I was on my way to work at 8:05am and I almost didn't pick up the phone but am very glad I did.
Ian straight away talked me through my experience and which companies he was in the process of recruiting for and who would be the best fit for me.
I hung up the phone leaving with the safety that he would consider me for the roles that were addressed and was happy with the conversation we had had.

Not even 2 hours later, I got a phone call from Ian saying that not only one of the companies he was recruiting for, but TWO were interested in my CV and experience and asked me for an Interview!
I prepared and went into the Interview on Monday the following week and came across to the team very well, demonstrating my experience. I expected to hear back in 2 weeks as with previous jobs.

 Not even a day later I was attempted to be contacted by Ian who texted with "good feedback" from the company!
I called the following day asking about the feedback, and he said that the company was very happy with me and wanted to offer me the job!

Ian was reassuring throughout the whole process and asked whether I'd like to keep the other interviews or cancel them and accept the offer.
I initially said to keep the other interviews but 5 minutes later called again and said I'd like to accept the job immediately!

Ian cancelled the other interview and made the process seamless. I do not think I would have been able to land an interview with the company if Ian had not advertised me in the process.
