Title: Change Manager
Location: Suffolk (x2 days on site, x3 days remote)
Salary: £80-95,000 per annum plus package
A leading, dynamic consultancy is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join its team on a major, complex infrastructure project. This is a key role within the project controls function, supporting the successful management of change across a large, multi-disciplinary programme. Working closely with the client, delivery partners and wider project controls team, you will play a critical role in ensuring changes are identified, assessed, governed and implemented in a controlled and transparent manner.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation of approximately two days per week on site in Suffolk and the remainder working remotely from home. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a high-profile infrastructure project while benefiting from flexibility and exposure to a best-in-class consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement and manage the project change control process
- Identify, assess and manage changes to scope, schedule, cost and risk
- Maintain accurate change registers and provide clear impact assessments
- Work closely with planning, commercial and risk teams to evaluate change impacts
- Support governance processes, including preparation of change papers and approvals
- Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and the client
- Ensure change management aligns with contract requirements and project controls best practice
About You:
- Proven experience in a Change Manager or Change Control role on major infrastructure or complex projects
- Strong understanding of project controls, including cost, schedule and risk interfaces
- Experience working within consultancy and/or large programme environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular site presence
