The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Component Engineer?
- Respond to support queries with timely and accurate information.
- Process component data, including assessments of lifecycle status, Export Control compliance, and REACH/RoHS standards.
- Execute departmental processes and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide support for Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Material commodities.
- Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for in our next Component Engineer?
- A solid understanding of components and parts, supported by an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- A strong concern for order, quality, and data integrity.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
