A great opportunity has arisen for a Construction Planner with 3 years plus experienced who has a background in construction to join a leading name in main contracting on a recently won project in Central Birmingham.
The Construction Planner will be site based and will be responsible for overseeing the construction programme in Asta Powerproject for an exciting student accommodation scheme valued at circa £100m.
They will be provided with support from the Regional Planning Manager and their duties will include progress reporting, short term programming, progress update, weekly site meetings etc. They will work closely with the Project Director and ensure the construction programme is communicated effectively to the site team.
The successful candidate will have previous site based planning experience which has been gained within a main contracting environment. They will have a strong understanding of construction and how projects come together along with being proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject.
The is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Construction Planner to take step up in responsibility and take a lead on an interesting city centre based development whilst being provided with support from the senior team.
