Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator or Administrator needed for a leading global utilities and construction organisation based in Reading who are looking to employ a well-rounded Contract Administrator that takes pride in their work.
The successful candidate would desirably have prior experience of CAFM systems, however this is not essential.

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Contract Administrator will include:
- Utilise microservices architecture including containers and serverless implementation
- Generate quoted works within SAP and Plan-on in a timely manner, updating Quotation Management System and CAFM systems.
- Generate purchase orders for quoted works, PPM materials, tooling and calibrations against engineer cost centres using purchasing system Coupa.
- Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Planning Team to schedule/assist arranging labour and Subcontractor attendance.
- Invoice and credit approvals - Quality checking invoice/credit for correct and matching information, dispute discrepancies with subcontractor or suppliers. Chase appropriate party for supporting information if not in place.
- Liaise with Contract Managers and Supervisors to effectively deal with subcontractor/supplier invoicing queries escalating issues where necessary to Management team.
- Uploading of statutory documentation to tracker, client portals, customer portals and Elogbooks, including but not limited to Combustion, Refrigeration and NICEIC Certification.
- Arranging and ordering Supervisor and Engineer workwear through the Swift Industrial portal, logging items and distribution once items have been quality checked.
- Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures.
- Undertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by Mobile Management team.
What experience you need to be the successful Contract Administrator:
- Prior experience of CAFM systems (Coupa, ELogs & Planon) advantageous but not essential.
- Strong IT skills including full range of Microsoft applications.
- Health & safety awareness.
- Ability to adapt to time critical situations and respond accordingly
