Country Manager - Philippines Broadband
PHP250k - PHP300k per month
Commission 60/40 split paid quarterly

I am recruiting exclusively for a global telecommunications service provider who are recruiting a Country Manager in the Philippines.
As the Country Manager you will be responsible for leading and growing my clients broadband business across the Philippines market. This role has full P&L ownership and oversees strategy, sales, operations, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth, market penetration, and service excellence.
Country Manager Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12-15+ years of experience in the Philippines telecom and broadband sectors.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Country Manager, GM, or Director level).
Strong background in P&L management, market expansion, and regulatory environments.
Experience and senior level relationships developed by working with terrestrial network, wireless, ISP, or mobile network operators in the Philippines is strongly preferred.
Country Manager Skills & Competencies
Deep personal networks with the Philippines service providers and operators
Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen.
Deep understanding of the Philippines telecom and broadband markets.
Excellent leadership, customers negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with government agencies and regulators.
Strong communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is required.
