An experienced Cyber Security Analyst is required to play a key role in providing 24/7, 365 days a year support against cyber-attacks through the monitoring, analysis and management of security events/incidents emanating from client systems and networks.

So, what will you be doing as a Cyber Security Analyst?
- Delivery of cyber security analysis and response processes within the SOC
- Support of wider service management processes, in particular incident management
- Applying threat intelligence to build an awareness picture of emerging issues across monitored customer within the SOC
- Work autonomously, with moderate supervision and direction to monitor and assess the risk and validity of real-time security-related events, using security tools, SIEM technologies and other security resources.
- Conduct real -time tactical management of security events in compliance with service level agreements, standards and legal policies.
- Identify routine and non-routine indicators of security-related events, conducting a first-level analysis and making quick, experience and evidence-based responses; focusing on quality and accurate reporting.
What are we looking for in our next Cyber Security Analyst?
- Have the ability to work on a shift pattern covering 12 hours, days or nights.
- Hold a formal certification ideally, but not a requirement. Certifications maybe tasked with working towards them.
- CREST/TIGER/CRIA/CPSA/CHIA
- COMPTIA Security+
- CompTIA Network+
