Exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a leading construction and utilities organisation. They are ideally looking for someone with a facilities management background.
As a Data Analyst the successful candidate would desirably have a facilities management background and have strong IT Skills e.g., Excel. If you have a few years' experience within Data Analyst don't hesitate to apply now.

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Data Analyst will include:
The Data Analyst will lead the collection, collation and interpretation of data. This person will use high quality analytical techniques to move beyond superficial data analysis into deep and highly insightful reports, recommendations and business cases.
They will hold responsibility for asset lists and asset management, working closely with the Engineering Team to make sure that assets are understand and that their performance is analysed - allowing maintenance techniques to be tailored or switched to alternative regimes such as Business Focused Maintenance with minimal risk to operations.
What experience you need to be the successful Data Analyst:
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong delegation and support skills.
- Root Cause problem solving driven with a risk mitigation orientated mindset to manage risk associated with symptoms.
- Team player capable for leading and focusing team members to achieve their objectives.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
- Good report writing skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends and report with recommendations
- "Slice and dice" data in pursuit of business lessons and emerging trends
- Produce reports with business case and benefits
- Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Facilities Management environment - essential
- Communicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialists
- Experience in using CAFM applications
- Working in a fast pace, high profile, critical environment
