Data Scientist needed for a multinational pharmaceutical organisation who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Data Scientist that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of data and drug development to develop better drugs faster.
The successful candidate would desirably have a relevant degree and commercial experience in data analysis or data integration!
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Data Scientist will include:
Build recommendation systems supporting decision making in drug programs.
You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers and Product Managers across the business to build compelling user-facing products
You will design and apply innovative NLP techniques to integrate and analyse data to infer and quantify assertions between drugs, targets and disease processes.
What experience you need to be the successful Java Developer:
Independent and product focused approach to projects
Skills including the use of: Python, SQL and experience coding as part of a team
Knowledge of biology - Omics, molecular biology or diagnostics all applicable
