The Gold Group Client Delivery Team focuses on a number of the business's key clients, forging a partnership and delivering to their needs. Due to our continued success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join the team, offering a competitive annual salary and commission.
What the role entails:
As a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer you should ideally be degree qualified and have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The main focus of the role as a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer is to work with the Account Manager's to source talent for the significant number of vacancies that our clients have which, are often business critical roles. The majority of your time will be spent on the phone calling to identify and approach individuals selling job opportunities and establishing and understanding their motivators for a career change. Having an innovative and proactive approach to social media is also important to approach candidates who aren't on the open market.
To be considered as a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer you should have the following:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Self-motivated
Good problem-solving skills
Ideally Degree Qualified
