Title: Design Manager
Location: Central London
Rate: £400-600 per day
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager with high end residential project experience to join a leading design and project consultancy on a major project based in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the design lead on a landmark project - collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure excellence from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the design process across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Manage and interface with design teams, clients, and contractors to maintain design intent and quality standards
- Review drawings, specifications, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive efficient workflows using industry-standard tools and collaboration platforms
About You:
- Proven experience managing design delivery on high-end residential projects
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and adept at balancing creativity with technical precision
- Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam (additional design software skills a plus).
