Principle Job responsibilities
- Transduction production
- Assembly of transducers
- Testing of transducers
- Potting transducers
- Working with magnets
- Delicate work with good hand eye co-ordination
Sensor production
- Assembly of sensors
- Mechanical build of sub-assemblies
- Soldering and gluing to high standard and working with small intricate parts
- Clean pouring of adhesive into molds accurately
- Understanding of the importance of process control
- Testing using PC skills
Gateway production
- Housing preparation and assembly - involving drilling and cutting of metal and plastic housings
- Organized to work in a low volume high quality requirement activity

Secondary Job responsibilities
- Handling of goods in- principally components
- Receiving goods
- Checking quality of goods
- Accurate documentation of goods
- Putting into stores accurately and safely
- Handling of Goods out
- Preparation of shipments to deadlines
- Completion of records - computer and logistics, understanding of quality records
- Packing of boxes (will require lifting of these - up to 25kg)
- Organizing collections
- Ability to learn and be responsible for shipment collection
- Instruction of shipping companies i.e. FedEx and agents
- Preparation of shipping paperwork, including customer's documentation, using prepared templates
