£60,000 to £100,000 + package
I have a number of opportunities for Estimators at various levels with the same, leading London based main contractor. This business is well regarded for delivering high specification, technically challenging and often ground breaking projects across the leisure, hospitality, mixed use, commercial and high rise residential sectors with project costs regularly exceeding £100m.
The Estimator will be joining a busy and experienced team based from their smart offices in the City of London. Estimators currently working at an intermediate level will be given the opportunity to work towards Senior Estimator level, pricing projects through both single & two stage tender processes, working closely with internal & external design teams. Senior Estimators will be given the opportunity to progress towards Managing Estimator level where you'll be working closely with other surveyors, overseeing the work winning and tender process, as well as acting as a mentor for others across the business. All of these estimating requirements form part of the teams future growth plans so the opportunities to develop quickly are very real.
Estimators considering these opportunities will need to have previous experience working in an Estimating capacity for a UK based main contractor. You will need to have worked on single and two stage tenders on large building projects with costs of >£20m. You'll also need excellent communication skills, drive and ambition.
