We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and service advanced benchtop water purification systems in research, quality control, and analytical labs across the Southwest of England. These high-performance systems are critical to scientific discovery, and your expertise will ensure they run flawlessly.
What You'll Do
- Install, validate, and commission high-spec lab water purification systems
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency repairs
- Provide outstanding customer service, building strong, long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities for service contracts and contribute to lead generation
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers or technically minded professionals looking to grow in a dynamic, global organisation on a long-term contract basis.
What You'll Bring
- HNC (or higher) in Engineering or a Scientific discipline
- Experience in laboratory, technical, mechanical, or electrical environments
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills; able to work independently
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Full UK driving license
- Ideally based near Taunton
