Field based - East Surrey / East Sussex / South Kent

I'm currently recruiting for a Civils Contractor who specialise in various utilities and groundworks projects across the South East. If you are an experienced Supervisor / Working Foreman please get in contact!

Working Foreman Key Role Details:

• Responsible for supervising civils groundworks / drainage / planned works / utilities and more
• Managing teams across London and the South East
• Supervising civils and utilities gangs
• Will be required to get involved with civils works
• Toolbox talks, briefing on works
• Liaising with the Manager regarding any potential issues
• Assisting Coordinators with the team's workload; keeping updated on completed works
• Ensuring that teams are working within guidelines and safety standards
• Regular project meetings, programming of works and updating information
• Ensure all works meet client requirements and specifications

Working Foreman Requirements:

• You should ideally have previous supervisory experience
• You should ideally be qualified with NRSWA accreditation (Supervisor) or Similar
• EUSR (preferred)
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• CSCS
• You should have excellent knowledge in the utilities / drainage / civils sector
